1. Acceptance
By inviting, configuring or using ARC, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Server administrators are responsible for enabling features in accordance with their local rules and applicable law.
2. Product status
ARC is an independently developed product and may be provided as an alpha, beta or prototype. Features, interfaces and data availability may change.
3. Permitted use
ARC may be used for legitimate Discord community management, player-owned statistics, match summaries, analytics, role workflows and community leaderboards.
4. Prohibited use
- Cheating, real-time gameplay assistance, client modification or circumvention of game security.
- Gambling, wagering or monetization based on player performance data.
- Harassment, impersonation, unauthorized account linking or attempts to access another person's private data.
- Automated abuse, API-key extraction, reverse engineering intended to bypass access controls, or service disruption.
- Use that violates Discord, Riot Games or applicable law.
5. Account linking
Riot account linking is optional. Users must authenticate their own account and must not connect an account they are not authorized to use. ARC will rely on Riot Sign On after the required access is approved.
6. Data accuracy
Statistics depend on the availability and content of third-party APIs. ARC does not guarantee that every historical match, rank value or derived statistic is complete or error-free.
7. Availability
ARC may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting failures, Discord or Riot outages, rate limits, API changes or other circumstances. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
8. Administration and moderation
Discord server owners and administrators remain responsible for their server, permissions, moderation decisions, configured roles and any actions taken using ARC output.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or removed where ARC is abused, security is threatened, platform requirements are violated or continued operation is not possible.
10. Disclaimer
ARC is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. ARC is not endorsed by Riot Games and is not affiliated with Riot Games or Discord.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, lost profits, service interruptions or decisions made based on incomplete statistics. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where legally permitted.
