1. Who operates ARC

ARC is an independently developed Discord community management and VALORANT statistics project. The product owner and contact details are listed on the contact page.

2. Scope

This policy explains how ARC processes information when the Discord bot, web dashboard and optional Riot account integration are used.

3. Information processed

Discord data

  • Discord user, guild, channel, role, message and interaction identifiers required for requested bot features.
  • Server configuration, permissions, selected channels and feature settings.
  • Community activity measurements used for server analytics where enabled by administrators.

Riot and VALORANT data

  • Riot PUUID, game name and tag line after an explicit account-link request.
  • Available match identifiers and match details such as map, agent, result, score, K/D/A, damage and shot statistics.
  • Statistics calculated by ARC from stored match records.

Technical data

  • Security logs, timestamps and limited diagnostic information required to prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors.

4. How information is obtained

Discord information is received through Discord's APIs when ARC is used. Riot information is intended to be received through Riot Sign On and official Riot APIs after the player actively chooses to connect an account. ARC does not ask users to provide their Riot password.

5. Purposes

  • Provide requested bot commands, dashboard functions and server automation.
  • Link an opted-in Discord user to the verified Riot account.
  • Generate player statistics, match summaries, visual cards and community leaderboards.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse and diagnose service problems.

6. Legal basis and consent

Optional Riot account processing is based on the user's explicit request and consent. Core Discord processing is required to provide the features requested by the user or server administrator. Where applicable, legitimate interests are limited to service security and abuse prevention.

7. Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate ARC, including Discord, Riot Games and the hosting provider. ARC does not sell personal data and does not create advertising profiles.

8. Retention

Configuration and gameplay information is retained only while required for the enabled features, operational security or legitimate dispute handling. Retention periods may be shortened by account unlinking, server removal or a valid deletion request.

9. Account unlinking and deletion

Players can disconnect their Riot account through ARC. The planned unlink workflow removes the public account association and associated stored match information. Users can also contact the project owner to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

10. Security

ARC uses access controls, server-side secrets, request validation and database safeguards. Riot passwords are never collected. The planned official integration does not permanently store Riot access and refresh tokens.

11. International services

Discord, Riot Games and hosting providers may process data in countries outside the user's country. Their own privacy terms and international transfer safeguards apply to their services.

12. Children

ARC is not intended to override the minimum age requirements of Discord, Riot Games or applicable law. Users must meet the requirements of the platforms they use.

13. Changes

This policy may be updated as ARC develops or legal and technical requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.

14. Contact

Privacy questions and requests can be submitted using the information on the contact page.
